Getting Started

Get Organized:

• Create a new folder on your network or "Z" drive and name it SEEDS
  • Download from your teacher's E-Chalk page these worksheets and save in the new folder:
    • POSSIBLE TOPIC LIST
    • ORGANIZER

Gather Ideas:

One of the most difficult challenges of a project is coming up with an idea.

~The best results happen when many possiblities are considered.

Create a list of at least six possible topics:

Use the "Possible Topics" worksheet to record your possible topic ideas.

Brainstorm possible ideas using the research tools & web sites linked below that gather topics by subject.

Skim and scan articles; do not take notes.

~You are searching for innovative ideas or inventions that have changed our everyday lives.

~The small and humble in use by many people are the best choices.~
